This week I am bringing you a Mini Weekly Menu. It includes three dinner recipes that go together to make planning, shopping and preparing meals easier.
On the first night, try my Slow Cooker Cream of Mushroom Soup. It’s “souper” easy and so yummy! The recipe will give you extra soup to use with the Cheesy Rice and Veggie Bake. Chopping extra broccoli and onions while you’re prepping for the Veggie Bake gets you set up for the next night’s Crustless Broccoli Quiche. Just store your chopped broccoli and onions in a sealed container in the fridge and you’re ready to go!
Starred items (**) next to ingredients in each recipe, indicate a duplicate ingredient in other meals from this week. This will be helpful when creating a shopping list.
