This spicy Ginger Peanut Sauce is a great dipper for Chicken Skewers with Coconut Rice or any other Thai dish.
You can make it as spicy or mild as you like, just adjust the amount of cayenne pepper and chili powder accordingly. This recipe is my perfect amount of heat. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do!

Ginger Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1 t. ground ginger
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 t. chili powder
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
