Homemade coleslaw is a perfect accompaniment or topper for summer grilling. I use mostly greek yogurt mixed with a splash of mayonnaise for a creamy taste that isn’t overly oily. Just fresh and flavorful!
Coleslaw goes great on Pulled Pork Sandwiches or Pork Tacos with Avocado Cream Sauce, just to name a couple.

Homemade Coleslaw
Ingredients:
- 16 oz shredded cabbage (about 1/2 large head or you can buy pre-shredded)
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 t. sea salt
- 1/4 t. fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 T mayonnaise
Directions:
- Add shredded cabbage and carrots to a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well until incorporated. Cabbage will reduce as it sits. I recommend making ahead of time and storing in fridge until ready to serve.
