Super quick and easy biscuits from scratch!
Ingredients:
makes about 12 biscuits
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 T baking powder
- 1/2 t. sea salt
- 1 t. sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into small chunks
- approx. 1 cup milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cut in butter with a pastry blender or a fork until you have a coarse crumble.
- Add milk until dough is just a bit powdery, not completely wet.
- Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
