On the first night, pork slow-cooked in beer gets topped with bbq sauce and homemade coleslaw for a summer favorite, Pulled Pork Sandwiches! On the second night, leftover coleslaw gets spiced up and topped with avocado cream sauce and Cojita for authentic Pork Tacos.
