Happy Summer!!!! I couldn’t be happier! It’s June 1, the kids are out of school and the sun is shining! Life has been crazy busy this last month of school and we’re hoping to slow things down a little now that it’s summer.
Part of slowing down includes cooking dinners that are easy, healthy and delicious. Nothing is easier or tastier than This Week’s Mini-Weekly Menu of Simple Lemon Chicken and Warm Pineapple Chicken Quesadillas. The meals combine your efforts to keep it as quick and easy as possible. The bonus is being able to keep your shopping and planning to a minimum.
