This Week’s Mini-Weekly Menu is a new fall favorite! I love cooking with seasonal fruits and vegetables. Not only is it festive and fun, but also a great way to add variety to our normal routine and nutrition. It’s nature’s way of offering the season’s best!

Turnovers on the first night require the effort of prepping veggies and browning sausage, leaving plenty of leftovers that are easily made into mouth-watering soup for a super fast second night’s meal.
