Homemade bar mixers and syrups are one of my favorite things to make. They take your cocktail or dessert to the next level!
If you are hosting, send your guests home with a mason jar of the syrup you made for their drinks, wrapped in a bow.

Ingredients:
Makes approximately 1 cup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- several rosemary sprigs
Directions:
- Heat water and sugar over med. heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Let simmer for just a couple of minutes, remove from heat and add rosemary to steep.
- Let cool and remove rosemary.
- Store in an airtight jar for up to 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
