This crock pot meal is absolutely delicious and unique and the flavors all blend together so well. Kudos to Jessica at howsweeteats.com who created this recipe. And thank you to Sara for serving me her version that inspired me to begin with. I’ve been wanting to make them ever since!

Since they have a Caribbean meets Mexico flavor to them why not serve Coconut Creamsicle Margaritas tonight as well? (I did!!!) Make someone’s day!!!
