Mixing up Taco Tuesday a little…adding more greens and kidney beans to the lineup, since it seems like we’ve had lots of black and pintos lately. We used ground turkey instead of beef, but this meal is great either way. It’s fast, easy, versatile and healthy. Enjoy!!
