Imagine coming home from work to the rich smell of mushrooms and beef.  Mmmmmm!!  Beef Stroganoff, one of my all time favorites!

I’m trying to add more crock pot recipes to our menu, to simplify our busy lives.

This is the perfect meal to make in a crock pot….the meat and mushrooms cook slowly with the sour cream added in at the end, resulting in tender beef with a creamy sauce.
