….as in, may I please have “Samoa…?” haha! That’s not really what the name means. It’s referring to your favorite Girl Scout cookie, of course! In honor of the much loved Girl Scout cookie selling season, this martini is made with caramel, chocolate liquer and vodka, enhanced with a special coconut and caramel rim.
So, if you like to drink your dessert, this Samoa Martini is for you!!

Samoa Martini
Ingredients:
Makes one cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz. vodka
- 1 1/2 oz. chocolate liquer (my favorite is Godiva)
- 2 oz. milk
- 1 t. caramel sauce plus more for rimming (if you like everything from scratch…like me…here’s my yummy homemade caramel sauce) 🙂
- 2 T coconut for rimming
- chocolate sauce for drizzle
- ice
Directions:
- Add a circle of caramel to a plate. On another plate, spread coconut in a thin layer. Rim glass by first twisting through the caramel and then press into the coconut. Set aside.
- In a microwave safe glass, heat up milk for 20 seconds or until just hot.
- Stir in about 1 t. caramel sauce until dissolved.
- Add vodka, chocolate liquer and caramel milk to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake for about 30 seconds and pour into prepared glass.
Cheers to the Girl Scouts!! Enjoy!
