Hello Followers!! I have missed you so much!
I can’t believe I haven’t blogged since…….July?! Wow!! Three kids and a wonderful summer equals not much time to blog! Now that fall is here, so is soccer, which for me means coaching two out of the three kids’ soccer teams. I love every minute! But…..again, not much time to blog!
The good news is… even though I haven’t been writing and taking pictures of food, I have been thinking about food!! And I’ve created a few new menus that I can’t wait to share with you.
In the meantime I would like to share one of my favorite fall drink recipes from last fall. The Fall Cider. I created it one night while my hubby was sipping his whiskey and telling me that it doesn’t give him a hangover like other alcohol and wine. Intrigued, I decided to join him. I’m not one to sip whiskey plain, so I added a little fall love to it….introducing Fall Cider. Enjoy!! (for the record, I didn’t get a hangover either! But I’m pretty sure that has to do with quantity!!) 🙂
Be sure to check out other fall recipes from last year under the heading Festive Fun above. Scroll down to Fall Deliciousness. Have you tried my Pumpkin Soup? Yum!!
Happy Fall! ~ Gena
