St. Patty’s Day snuck up on me, so I haven’t created any new recipes. Instead, I’m bringing back last years favorites…Drunken Irish Pot Pie and Irish Coffee with Cinnamon Whipped Cream. I’m proud of both of those recipes and hope you’ll give them a try!
Wondering where I have been lately? Well, I’m excited to share with you that I’m working at my favorite new brewery, Holidaily! My neighbor and best buddy, Karen Hertz, opened this gem in the beginning of February. It is a 100% dedicated gluten-free brewery. Her beers are brewed with gluten-free grains, not syrups, so the taste is amazing! Handcrafted gluten-free microbrews in the heart of Colorado, it just doesn’t get any better! I am honored to work at Holidaily, where every day is a holiday, and serve these delicious beers to the wonderful people of Golden.
Come see me in the taproom- I can’t wait to pour you a beer! Or, fill up a growler of Riva Stout to bring home for your Drunken Irish Pot Pie.
I will be at Holidaily this St. Patty’s Day, so come see me and try our new release, Beulah Red, and I’ll tell you the history behind the name. Karen always has festive surprises so it will be a blast! We also have Smokey J’s BBQ there to serve your dinner, in case you didn’t get your Drunken Pot Pie made! 🙂
